One: Start Once you submit your Information
Request Form either via a phone call or online, a Coastal Mortgage Loan Officer
will review your information and get back to you within 24 hours.
Step Two: Discuss After our
Loan Officer reviews your material, he/she will call you within 24 hours at a
time you specify. You will then discuss your various options and the Loan
Officer can help you build a custom Solution that makes sense for you,
depending on your circumstances and needs.
Step
Three: File Your Loan Officer will ask your permission to run a
credit report, the assessed value of your home and a series of personal
financial questions. As part of the mortgage application, you will also have to
provide copies of paperwork.
Step Four:
Plan Once your paperwork is processed, your home is appraised and
you get approved at the closing, your loan will be on its way to you. Depending
on your situation, this could happen in as little as 10 business days. So you
can take some time to plan how you want your dreams to unfold.
